【房市分析】大温哥华房市: 2019年12月房市分析与预测【最新】

由于年底挂牌数量减少和买家及投资客的入场,2019年底大温哥华地区中低端的楼市已经全面复苏。强劲收尾让我们对2020年的楼市充满信心。展望2020年,我们会重点关注几个国际及影响本地楼市的因素,如美伊冲突对石油,世界经济及最终对加拿大和本地经济的影响,中美贸易战的最终走向,香港问题的最后解决情况,再到中国资金的流入情况,本地购房者的信心,省政府的预算案及楼市政策的影响。

随着1月1日政府对2019年7月房屋估价的发布,大家对2019年楼市到底跌了多少相信都已经有底。现在低端楼市已经开始高于估价在出售,中端楼市大家也能接受在政府估价左右成交,至于豪宅市场普遍还是继续看跌的心态。一年之际在于春,大温哥华地区的楼市也是一样。1,2月的楼市销售将会为今年楼市走向定下基调。接下来我们可以重点关注如1月份中国新年之际开发商对新楼盘促销结果如何,2月省政府预算案及楼市政策更新情况等热点。
